agency, located at 21 W. 16th St., offers support to those in need
through various programs such as, Case Management and Benevolence
Services, Food Pantry, Overcomers Substance Abuse Recovery, LEAP
(Learning Enhancement and Achievement Program). 
Offers
assistance to low-income area residents with no prescription coverage
in acquiring free and discounted medications through the drug
manufacturers.
