Outreach at Faith
Our hearts are inspired to bring community and church together. We want to know our neighbors and invite them into life with us. We see church as extending beyond Sundays into our lives and community.
Summer is a time to get to know your neighbors. We invite all local community for dinner and games several times throughout the summer. All are welcome and here friendships are made and community grows.
Diversity and Refugee Ministry
Through our Hispanic ministries we offer Spanish translation for services and bi-lingual studies. Several of our Faith members are families that have resettled from Burma, Micronesia and other places. We enjoy integrating their cultures into our church life in worship and social events. Our diversity includes an older population who enjoy our Early Risers events. From breakfasts at Russes to summer outings and bible studies, they are a valued part of our congregation.
A vibrant Kids Hope ministry fills our church on aWednesday night and many volunteers take time out of their week to build relationships with at risk kids in school. We also extend this ministry into the life of our church by bringing these kids to our Wednesday Night dinner and kids programs.
During the school year dinner is served every Wednesday night. This is a great way to have a night off and come and eat dinner with church friends and invite someone to come with you. Bi-weekly the meal is followed by kids programs, for kids 2nd grade through 8th grade. Often on the alternate weeks there ere activities or events to enjoy together.
Holland Free Health Clinic
The Holland Free Health Clinic is located here at Faith. This vital ministry provides care to the homeless, disabled, the working poor and the unemployed. They provide dental, optical, counseling, diabetes support, hearing, podiatry and spiritual care.
Our commitment to being the church in our community, families and friends makes Faith a welcoming and warm place to be. Many find friendship and family here at Faith and are inspired to be the hands and feet of Jesus to others.
